Kitchen Showdown from Hot Pot Culinary Events

The knives will come out for an "Iron Chef" style food fight where you are the chef!
First, you'll split into teams and join up with a Hot Pot Chef Instructor to plan an appetizer, entree, and dessert based around a Featured Ingredient.
Next, you'll compete against the clock and your competitors as you race to prep, cook, and plate your dishes on time. Then present your offerings to the Kitchen Showdown Judges, who’ll rate each entry to determine which team comes out on top. This fun, frenzied battle is a crowd-pleaser every time!
